Also, there is a verse in Quran which says that when a Fasiq brings a new to you, you must investigate and verify it thoroughly, else you would harm some one in your Jahalat and then would be ashamed afterwards.
Also, there is a Hadees of Rasul Allah (sm) whose meaning is that if you give a fatwa of Kufr on a Muslim, then that fatwa comes back on you, meaning you yourself becomes a Kafir !!
Keep these 3 divine instructions in mind and know the following.

Alhamdolillah, those who have been following me for the last 6 years know our belief, our Ishq e Rasul (sm), our love for Pak Sarzameen and our passion for Takmeel e Pakistan. Those who are still in doubt should wait then if they are still not convinced after 2000 programs that we have done.
About Yusuf, remember that it was a religious and sectarian issue where scholars were divided between Deobandis and Barelvis. Some of the greatest names of Ahl sunnah — Maulan Abdul Sattar Khan Niazi, Sheikh Nazim, Maulana Manzoor Shah Sahib and almost 40 other scholars defended Yusuf in this case. Are these scholars all Kafirs Naoozubillah ????
Maulana Sattar Khan Niazi is the one who was sentenced to death for fighting against Qadianis. Now such a great scholar defends Yusuf, then do we have the right to call someone a Kafir ??? You can call a Muslim a fasiq, a fajir, a Zaani, a Qatil, a munafiq but calling someone a Kafir needs extremely strict sharia requirements and all great scholars are extremely careful in this matter. Claim of prophet hood is a very dangerous matter and extremely strict sharia requirements are needed here, which are NEVER fulfilled in yusuf case.
About Mirza Ghulam Ahmed Qadiani, there is total Ijma or consensus of Muslims. NO difference between any school of thought. But in Yusuf case, greatest of scholars feel that he was misunderstood, misquoted and even subject of a sectarian conspiracy.
I consider Yusuf an idiot, a person gone astray perhaps, a fool, a corrupt man but prefer NOT to call him Kafir after I read the Fatwa of Maulana Niazi and Sheikh Nazim. Now is this attitude of mine correct or wrong ?? I am definitely not his follower. have you ever heard me saying anything good about him or praising him ?? NEVER.
For your satisfaction, giving the address of the website where almost 40 scholars of ahl-sunnah have given their fatwas in favor of Yusuf. Those calling me a Kafir should also call these entire lot of great scholars as Kafirs too. astaghfurullah !!

اب جبکہ تحریک انصاف کے رکن اسمبلی غلام سرور خان کی رکنیت جعلی ڈگری کی وجہ سے پہلے ہی معطل ہے عائلہ ملک جنہوں نے عمران خان کی خالی نشست پر ضمنی انتخاب میں حصہ لینے کے لئے کاغذات نامزدگی جمع کرا رکھے ہیں کی تعلیمی دستاویزات جعلی ہونے کی وجہ سے ان کے امیداوار ہونے کا مرحلہ بھی خطرے میں پڑ گیا ہے۔
راولپنڈی بورڈ آف انٹرمیڈیٹ اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن نے ان کے انٹرمیڈیٹ کے سرٹیفکیٹ کو جعلی قرار دیا ہے جس پر درج رول نمبر ایک مرد امیدوار کا ہے جو خود بھی فیل تھا ۔اس بات کی تصدیق بورڈ کے ایک ترجمان نے دی نیوز کو کی ۔ عائلہ ملک تبصرے کیلیے دستیاب نہیں تھیں جبکہ پی ٹی آئی کی ترجمان ڈاکٹر شیریں مزاری نے کہا کہ وہ تازہ صورتحال سے آگاہ نہیں ہیں ۔
عائلہ ملک نے جو مسلم لیگ ن کی رکن قومی اسمبلی سمیرا ملک کی چھوٹی بہن ہیں اور جن کا تعلق میانوالی کے ایک بڑے سیاسی خانوادے سے ہے این اے 71 سے پی ٹی آئی کی امیداور کی حیثیت سے اپنے کاغذات جمع کرائے ہیں جو عمران خان نے راولپنڈی کی نشست اپنے پاس رکھ کر خالی کی تھی۔ بی آئی ایس ای کے ترجمان کے مطابق عائلہ ملک کے انٹرمیڈیٹ رزلٹ کے بارے میں سیکرٹری تعلیم پنجاب نے اپنے خط میں پوچھا تھا جس کی حقانیت کو عمران خان کے کزن اور ان کے سیاسی حریف انعام اللہ خان نیازی نے چیلنج کیا تھا ،
مسلم لیگ ن کے امیدوار عبیداللہ شادی خیل نے بھی ان کی روس سے حاصل کی گئی بی اے کی سند کو چیلنج کر رکھا ہے ۔دی نیوز کو حاصل ہونے والی بی آئی ایس ای کے لیٹر میں لکھا گیا ہے کہ رول نمبر 530561 کے تحت سالانہ امتحان 1989 میں عائلہ ملک دختر ملک اللہ یار خان کا سرٹیفیکٹ جعلی ہے جو اس بورڈ نے جاری نہیں کیا یہ رول نمبر امداد حسین کو جاری کیا گیا تھا جو فیل ہو گئے تھا ۔
عائلہ کے کیس میں اس جعل سازی نے کئی افراد کی آنکھیں کھول دی ہیں ۔عام طور پر ان دستاویزات میں ہیر پھیر کیا جاتا ہے جن میں باپ کا نام ایک ہو اور جنس بھی ایک ہو اور امتحا ن میں بھی کامیابی ہو لیکن عائلہ کے کیس میں تو جنس بھی ایک نہیں تھی انہوں نے دھڑلے سے ایک ایسے امیدوار کا رول نمبر استعمال کیا جو امتحان میں بھی کامیاب نہیں ہوا تھا ،
اگرچہ اب امیدوار بننے کیلیے تعلیم کی کوئی شرط عائد نہیں ہے عائلہ ملک نے اپنے کاغذات نامزدگی میں روس سے گریجویشن اور میڑک اور انٹرمیڈیٹ کے سرٹیفکیٹس بھی لگائے ہیں ۔وہ 2002-07 کے دوران مخصوص نشستوں پر ایم این اے بھی رہیں جس کے لئے انہوں نے یہی سرٹیفیکٹس استعمال کئے کیونکہ اس وقت ایم این اے کیلیے گریجویشن شرط تھی ۔

ISLAMABAD: As PTI MNA Ghulam Sarwar Khan has his membership already suspended because of a fake degree, Ayla Malik who was fielded to contest by-elections on the seat vacated by Imran Khan has failed to pass the scrutiny of her educational credentials, jeopardising her candidature.
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Rawalpindi, has declared her intermediate certificate ‘bogus’ that carries the roll number of a male candidate who too had failed, a spokesman of BISE confirmed to The News.
Ayla, younger sister of PML-N MNA Sumera Malik and scion of influential political family of Mianawali, has been fielded as PTI candidate for by-election from NA-71 after the party chairman Imran Khan vacated the seat, keeping his Rawalpindi seat.
Ayla was not available for comments and PTI spokesperson, Dr Shireen Mazari, said she was not aware of the latest development. According to the BISE spokesman, a letter has been sent to the Secretary Education Punjab following a query referred by him inquiring about Ayla’s intermediate result that has been challenged by her rival and Imran’s cousin, Inamullah Khan Niazi.
Obaidullah Shadikhel, a PML-N candidate contesting against her, has separately challenged her graduation from Russia. A copy of the BISE letter obtained by The News reads: “It is informed that intermediate certificate under roll number 530561 annual examinations 1989 in respect of Ayla Malik D/O of Malik Allah Yar Khan is BOGUS and not issued by this Board.” Instead, this roll number was allotted to Imdad Hussain, the letter reads, who was also declared failed.
This forgery on part of Ayla has raised many eye-brows. Generally, the documents are forged with those having similar father’s name, same sex and turn out to be successful in the examination. But in the Ayla’s case, even sex doesn’t match as she has been caught blatantly lying by using the roll number of a male candidate and the one who could not pass the examination.
Although there is no educational bar for contesting the general elections, Ayla Malik in her nomination papers declared holding graduation from Russia and also deposited her matriculation and intermediate certificate to the Election Commission of Pakistan. Intriguingly, she had served as MNA from 2002-2007 on the reserve seats using the same educational credentials when graduation degree had been made mandatory for contesting elections. As the BISE declares her intermediate certificate bogus, any retrospective action could land her in serious trouble amid the likelihood of that the court may direct recovering the salary she had been receiving as MNA besides availing other perks and privileges.
It has been learnt that Inamullah Niazi and Obaidullah Shadikhel are expected to challenge Ayla Malik’s education credentials before the election tribunal today as the objections filed in this respect before the returning officer has been rejected. In his decision handed down by the returning officer, additional session judge Malik Shabbir Ahmed, said that there was no complaint filed by the BISE. If the certificate is bogus, the petitioner should approach the BISE for legal action. “At this stage, on the photo copies and at the time of scrutiny of nomination papers, no order can be passed for registration of criminal case, hence this petition is dismissed,” said the order that was in contrast to the Supreme Court directives asking the returning officers to verify credentials from the concerned educational establishments in case of objection raised about their validity. Now as the BISE has officially recognised her certificate as bogus, she is likely to be replaced with another candidate by the PTI..jpg)

Anusha Rehman Throws Out Quaid-e-Azam's Picture Out of IT and Telecom Ministry
Anusha Rehman, the state minister for Telecom and IT, has apparently thrown out the picture of Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah – the founder of the nation – out from building of Ministry of IT and Telecom.
Recent picture showing Ms. Anusha Rehman meeting with various delegation and shown on Ministry’s official website shows that portrait of Qaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah has been replaced by Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif, the Prime Minister of Pakistan and direct boss of Ms. Anusha Rehman.
Its a shame that PML(N) government is following the footstep of PPP(P) by replacing Qaid’s portraits with the pictures of their party leaders.
It merits mentioning here that PPP (P) government, at few occasions, had also removed the portrait of Qaid-e-Azam from meeting rooms and had used pictures of their political leaders, including Asif Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto and Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.

PAKISTAN cricket great Wasim Akram is engaged to marry Melbourne woman Shaniera Thompson.
The famed left-arm bowler, 47, proposed on bended knee in their lounge room to Ms Thompson, 30.
"It was the romantic moment of my life because it was so genuine," she said.
A former public relations consultant from Brighton, Ms Thompson has converted to Islam, and will call Pakistan home. She said Akram was nervous about proposing in the traditional way.
"He was really sweet about it.
He asked me what my dream proposal would be and I said I'm not the type of woman that likes a big scene. I would want it to be at home or somewhere private.
"Then I came into the lounge room and he was on his knee and asked me if I'd marry him."
But the joyful mood was soon broken by a worried look on Thompson's face.
She told Akram: "If we are doing this the traditional way, then you have to ask my father."
He called Ms Thompson's father, who gave his blessing.
The pair met in Melbourne in 2011 and Akram said he was happy he had found love.
"I never thought I would get married again, but I am lucky and very happy to find love again," he said.
"It just goes to show that life can give you a second chance."
Akram's first wife, Huma, died in 2009. They had two boys, now aged 15 and 12.

انہوں نے کہا کہ سمجھ میں نہیں آتا کہ پاکستان میں بے شمار قتل کے مقدمات میں اشتہاری ملزم کو برطانیہ میں مستقل سکونت کی کیسے اجازت دے دی گئی۔ اے پی ایل برطانیہ اور راچڈل لاءسوسائٹی کے صدر بیرسٹر امجد ملک نے کہا ہے کہ الطاف حسین کی تقریر کا ایک ایک لفظ دھمکی آمیز تھا اور اس دھمکی آمیز خطاب کے لیے اس وقت کو منتخب کیا جب برطانوی وزیر اعظم اپنے وفد کے ہمراہ پاکستان کے دورے پر موجود ہیں جبکہ برطانوی وزیر برونس سعیدہ وارثی جو ان کے ہمراہ ہیں، نے پاکستان روانگی سے قبل یہ واضح کر دیا تھا کہ یہ ڈاکٹر عمران فاروق کا قتل ایک سنجیدہ کیس ہے اور برطانوی حکومت پولیس کے معاملات میں دخل اندازی نہیں کرتی لیکن اس کے باوجود الطاف حسین نے بلواسطہ اور بلاواسطہ طور پر برطانوی اور پاکستانی حکومت پر الزام تراشی کی ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ الطاف حسین نے اس خدشے کا بھی اظہار کیا ہے کہ انہیں برطانیہ میں قتل کیا جا سکتا ہے اور اس کا الزام انہوں نے ملکی وغیر ملکی سٹیبلشمنٹ پر لگایا ہے ۔ بیرسٹر امجد ملک نے کہا کہ الطاف حسین نے برطانیہ کو براہ راست مخاطب کرتے ہوئے یہ دھمکی دی ہے کہ وہ انہیں عمران فاروق کے قتل میں ملوث نہ کرے اور اسکی بہتری اسی میں ہے ۔جارج گیلوے ‘ لارڈ نذیر احمد اور تحریک انصاف کے عمران خان کو اپنے خلاف استعمال کرنے کا الزام بھی انہوں نے برطانوی حکومت پر عائد کیا جسے ثابت کرنا اب الطاف حسین کے لیے درد سر بن جائیگا۔ برطانوی حکومت آزادی رائے کی اجازت تو ضرور دیتی ہے مگر دھمکیوں کی نہیں ،اب الطاف حسین نے اپنے خلاف برطانوی حکومت بلکہ وزارت داخلہ کو فریق بنا لیا ہے جو ان کے لیے نیک شگون ہرگز ثابت نہ ہو گا انہوں نے کہا کہ برطانوی حکومت کے بارے میں الطاف حسین نے کہا ہے کہ وہ بڑی خوبصورتی سے اسکی جان لے سکتی ہے اور کسی کو پتہ نہیں چلے گا ایک ایسی الزام تراشی ہے جسکا کوئی وجود نہیں یہ وہی ملک ہے جس نے الطاف حسین کو پاکستان سے بھاگنے کے سیاسی پناہ دی اور پاسپور ٹ بھی دیا، اب جبکہ سکا ٹ لینڈ یارڈ اور میٹرو پولیٹن پولیس قاتلوں کے انتہائی قریب پہنچ چکی ہے ۔
یہ دراصل اپنے آپ کو گرفتار ی سے بچانے کے لیے آخری کوشش ہے ۔بیرسٹر امجد ملک نے کہا کہ عمران فاروق قتل کیس اپنے منطقی انجام کی طرف بڑھ رہا ہے۔ یہ امر واضح ہے کہ اب کراچی میں مافیا کا راج نہیں ہو گا اور برطانیہ مجرموں کی محفوظ جنت نہیں ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ برطانیہ میں صاحب حیثیت پرائیویٹ وکیل کرتے ہیں اور غریب آدمی کونسل کا وکیل کر لیتے ہیں جس کا خرچہ حکومت برداشت کرتی ہے۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ اگر الطاف حسین کو کوئی بھی وکیل نہ ملا تو وہ فکر نہ کریں تو امجد ملک انکا کیس ضرور لڑیگا ‘ لارڈ نذیر احمد نے کہا کہ وہ کبھی کسی کے خلاف استعمال نہیں ہوئے ،انہوں نے ہمیشہ حق و سچ کی بات کی ہے، الطاف حسین کی طرف سے ان پر الزام تراشی کا وہ جواب نہیں دینا چاہتے البتہ یہ ضرور کہتے ہیں کہ برطانیہ میں خواہ کوئی بھی کتنا ہی بااثر کیوں نہ ہو اور وہ کسی جرم میں بلواسطہ یا بلاواسطہ طور پر ملوث ہو، اپنے انجام سے نہیں بچ سکتا۔مسلم لیگ ق کی اوورسیز وویمن ونگ کی صدر بیرسٹر شازیہ انجم نے کہا کہ الطاف حسین اپنے حواس کھو بیٹھے ہیں اور اب وہ برطانوی حکومت کو بلیک میل کرنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں جبکہ وہ اس سے پوری طرح آگاہ ہیں کہ برطانیہ میں جرائم کا کھوج لگا لیا جاتا ہے اب جبکہ ڈاکٹر عمران فاروق قتل کیس کا ڈراپ سین ہونے والا ہے الطاف حسین کا یہ خطاب اس امر کی غمازی کرتا ہے کہ ان کے گرد گھیرا تنگ ہو چکا ہے برطانوی پولیس اس وقت تک کسی کو گرفتار نہیں کرتی جب تک اسکے خلاف ٹھوس شواہد موجود نہ ہوں ۔
